The director of Forum ETHIBEL is Herwig Peeters.
As a member of staff, Matilde Defraeije coordinates the management of the label and is responsible for audits and certifications.

The operations are further guaranteed by the Board of Directors. The general meeting decides on the policy lines. Finally, Forum ETHIBEL has a Register Committee, an independent organisation which assures the quality and advises about inclusions/exclusions in/from the Investment Register.
