Kenny graduated with a Master’s degree in History. For several years he worked as a Deputy Director in various organisations, where he researched north-south relations on the one hand and people management on the other. He has been working as a General Director at Forum Ethibel since July 2017. Kenny is responsible for the day-to-day operations, team coordination and the organisation’s external representation.

Sophie graduated as business engineer at the Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management with a specialisation entrepreneurship and innovation. After a first work experience as data analyst in an international NGO she joined the team of Forum Ethibel in February 2022.

Jérôme graduated in Economics at the UC Louvain, with a focus on public policy. He previously worked at the Centre for Research in Regional Economics and Economic Policy (UNamur), conducting research on the public finances of the Belgian federated entities.

Alderik graduated in Bioscience Engineering at Ghent University with a specialization in environmental technology as he has a strong interest in sustainable innovation. He obtained a second Master's Degree in general management from Vlerick Business School as such. He has worked as a project engineer for Renewi, and as consultant for Bopro NV, a sustainability and project consultancy for the real estate business.

Arno graduated as Master in Applied Economics from KU Leuven with a specialisation in entrepreneurship and innovation. He gained initial experience as a functional analyst and completed several internships at NGOs focusing on emancipation and international valuation.

Nora holds a degree in political science and international cooperation from the Université Saint-Louis and the Université Libre de Bruxelles, with a specialisation in microfinance. She has worked as a microcredit advisor in Brussels and has experience in evaluating microfinance institutions and in international cooperation.

Hilde completed the training in bookkeeping, organised by Cevora. Thanks to her previous jobs in various non-profit organizations, she built up a lot of know-how in non-profit administration and accounting. Since July 2021 she has been working as an administrative assistant for Forum Ethibel. She is i.a. responsible for the financial and personnel administration. As a member of various environmental, human and animal rights organisations, she likes to dedicate herself to an organisation that contributes to a more sustainable society.
