For Bruges, a sustainable policy based on the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) is high on the agenda. Finances do not escape this and the city administration opts for a transparent and sustainable approach. The financial policies of the city, CPAS/OCMW and Police were certified for the third time by Forum Ethibel’s Transparency ID: a way to communicate transparently about financial policies. The Transparency ID underlines the board's ambition to make investments, grants, loans and credits more sustainable, in line with social, societal and environmental emphases of the policy programme.
